Cream of Broccoli Soup

1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 c. or so broccoli, chopped
1 sm. potato, chopped
butter for sauteing the onion
1 can chicken broth - Swanson's
oregano
pepper
milk or cream about 1 can
nutmeg, just a pinch

Saute onion, Add broccoli, potato, broth and seasonings. Cook until veggies are done. Puree in blender. Add milk. Warm. Finish with the nutmeg
